This project consists of three blocks, and is located in Basın Express area, on the highway connecting the two international highways; TEM and E-5. Therefore, the location is considered ideal for easy access and reachability to every end of Istanbul city, especially with the nearby metro train stations, at a walking distance. The project includes an outdoor shopping area, outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds and green parks.

This project is centrally located in the Basın Express area, a business and commercial hub connecting the two international highways; E-5 and Tem. Basın Express area stretches from Ataturk Airport south, to the new Istanbul Airport in the north facing the Küçükçekmece Lake, with large number of luxurious hotels, international universities, companies and branded markets.
